Sajanth Mohan

Executive Director

Sajanth is a seasoned leader with a background in strategic business development, marketing, and organizational growth. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, he has over a decade of experience across the nonprofit, faith-based, and public sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University, specializing in management and marketing. Sajanth is also actively involved in civic and political spaces, engaging with government leaders and stakeholders to promote values-based leadership and community development.

Sophie Duan

Director of Operations

Transitioning from a Medical Doctor to a Business Consultant/Coach, and holding the same passion of caring people as a doctor has, Sophie brings 2 decades of business experience in administration, marketing, public relations, human resource, non-profit and coaching to FH operations.

Fulfilling FH mission of building up our students with PROACTIVE LEARNING, INDEPENDENT THINKING, EXPERIENCE JOYFULNESS, Sophie has created the corporation culture of FH FAMILY with caring, empowering, joyful, creative, integrity, leadership, ownership and safe environment for both students and staff, making FH Education truly A Home Away from Home.

Tim Keung

VP of Business  Development

Tim is a dynamic leader whose career spans psychology, real estate, entrepreneurship an business development.  With a background in organizational psychology from the London School of Economics, he worked with Fortune 500 companies globally before transitioning into real estate, where he now leads the TimSold Real Estate Team. As a Board Director for the Markham Board of Trade, Tim is committed to fostering business growth and education in the GTA region. His philanthropic efforts include supporting SickKids Hospital and local community and religious organizations. A dedicated family man, Tim balances his professional success with a passion for giving back.

Teresa Pierre

Strategic Director

Teresa Pierre has worked in the educational sector since 2011, when she founded a parent group in Toronto called Parents as First Educators. For over thirteen years she worked to bring accountability and transparency to Canadian schools, acquiring extensive experience in marketing, fundraising and social media, and graphic design. Today she is an educational consultant with Lamp & Laurel Education Consultants. Teresa is a historian by training, who received her PhD from the University of Toronto in medieval history. She is a published author on medieval history, and a media expert. Her favourite occupation is being mother to four grown children, and a loud herding dog.

Lynn Gomez

Business & Social Science Teacher 

Graduated from University of Western Sydney, Australia, Lynn has been teaching Business and Social Sciences for a decade to various grade levels as well as internationally. As a teacher she feels she is not only responsible for imparting knowledge to students, but also believe in aiding in the development of their attitude and personality. She likes to keep every class student friendly, participative while meeting the curriculum expectations.

Yaroslav Stroyan

 English Teacher & ESL Administrator

Holding a master’s degree of Translation and Interpretation and passioned in helping students build linguistic confidence and fostering cross-cultural awareness, empowering them to thrive in our globalized world, Yaroslav has been teaching English in Canada, Hong Kong, China for over a decade.

Yaroslav believes that personalized support and encouragement are key of unlocking each student’s potential and fostering their love for English language and communication. His unique teaching inspires students to embrace English not only as a language, but also as a gateway to understanding and connecting with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Lara Cerqueira

English Teacher & Administration Assistant

Holding a double major in English and Portuguese, Lara has eight years of experience teaching English as a second language. She is passionate about education, literature and language. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in classroom management, collaboration, and fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. Administrative tasks have also been part of her professional path and play a huge role in her adept management of organizational operations and processes.

Osama Kashwah

 Mathematics Teacher

Believing teaching should be the interest for his student rather than just a duty has to be done, Dr. Osama Kashwah has been teaching for over 30 years in Canada and other countries. He is very dedicated to his teaching and considering each student as a part of his family. He always to put endless effort to deal with his students learning issue.

Jeffery Yang

Mathematics & Science Teacher

With PhD in Physics and many years of work experience, Jeffrey has been  applying his extensive mathematics and scientific knowledge in solving real environmental issues. Jeffery has been teaching Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of all levels. He loves teaching and is passionate for extending education beyond the classroom into student future development.

Lida Shanehchiyan

Art Teacher

Graduated from York University Master of Design, and Interdisciplinary Master of Art, Media, and Design from OCAD University, Lida is a visual artist, researcher, and art director who has picked up a variety of practical, and hands-on experience in the world of visual communication.

Julia Zhu

IELTS & Mandarin Teacher

With a Master’s Degree in Education from University of Toronto and Bachelor Degree specialized in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language, Julia has been teaching Mandarin and IELTS courses for many years in Canada.

Kirk Longman

ESL Teacher

Mathematics & Science Teacher

Graduated from the University of Waterloo with excellent academic standing, Maggie is experienced in teaching high school Math courses, including Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors and Mathematical Data Management. She joyfully teaches Math and always helps students achieve their goals.

Holding a master’s degree in education leadership from Brock University, Irene is a dynamic and dedicated professional with a passion for fostering global connections and promoting educational opportunities to students around the world. With the invaluable insights into the complexities of globule education system, international student recruitment strategies, comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the field, and with almost a decade experience in international education, Irene brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Tina Fu

Guidance Councelor 

Graduated from University of Western Ontario with a master’s degree in education, Tina has been dedicated to guiding students toward academic success at FH for over 7 years and has accomplished the impressive 100% university/college acceptance rate for FH students.

Believing in the balance of authority and trust, Tina is both a mentor, a trustful and reliable friend to FH students through fostering confidence, motivation, and a strong sense of direction. She always ensures each student reaches their fullest potential.

With expertise in IT marketing and a keen eye for community engagement, Earl brings his visions, experience and skills to FH Education development while fostering community growth and engagement. With two decades as a diplomat spanning three continents, Alicia holds a Master Degree in Political Science and International Relations, a Diploma in Spanish Language, and the Executives Education at Harvard Kennedy School. Her expertise in strategy, advocacy, and public affairs has led to successful collaborations across sectors in Canada and globally. Alicia brings a wealth of international connections, multilingual proficiency to enhance FH’s global profile.

Being caring and detail-orientated and having 2 decades of educational marketing and recruitment experience, David is passionate about guiding and helping international students for their better career path and integration into Canadian society.

Charlene Lu

Educational Assistant

Being trilingual in English, Mandarin and German, Charlene is passionate about education who has been working for decades helping international students come to Canada to pursue their dream education and offering a variety of activities and services to develop a connection with each student/parent and agent. She holds a Bachelor in German Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business Management from Centennial College in Canada.
