Christmas

Christmas is a time of Love and Hope—when our hearts become more open, harmonious, and renewed. The holiday, the anniversary of Jesus Christ’s birth, is celebrated on December 25th in many countries around the world, and its traditions vary depending on the region it takes place.

In Canada, Christmas is a vibrant, multicultural festivity reflecting the country’s diverse heritage. Homes sparkle with lights, wreaths, and decorated Christmas trees. Inspired by the Three Wise Men offerings, gift-giving centers around the modern figure of Santa Claus, who brings joy to children on Christmas Eve.

Food also plays a key role, with families gathering for meals featuring roast turkey, mashed potatoes, and regional specialties. Gingerbread Cookies add sweetness and fun to the festivities, offering families and friends the opportunity to work together to decorate them or even build gingerbread houses, making the effort as a team to put the cookie pieces together and make them look nice and tasty.

As we embrace the message of unity and generosity Christmas brings, let us be inspired to build bridges of connection, foster universal fraternity, and work toward justice and peace. Whether through festive meals, twinkling lights, or acts of kindness, the holiday’s essence lies in connection and gratitude, making it a season for everyone to cherish.

We hope Christmas was filled with joy, meaningful reflection, and new aspirations.

Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with Future Hope, Health, and Peace!
